Landing Gear Technologies, an FAA certified repair station, seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA/QC department, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise inspection teams across the repair station operations.

The role involves coordinating FAA inspections, maintaining quality management systems, and developing continuous improvement initiatives to uphold safety and airworthiness standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in management.
• AP certification required.
• Experience leading inspection teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain repair station roster and reflect personnel changes within 5 business days.
• Train, direct, supervise, and assist personnel under the repair station certificate.
• Coordinate FAA inspections and ensure compliance with the QA/QC program.
• Audit maintenance function contractors and maintain audit records.
• Lead QA/QC department and provide regulatory oversight for product development and operations.
