Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking an Airframe Technician with limited supervision to assist in testing, adjusting, repairing and maintaining airframe systems for Learjet business jets. Responsibilities include documentation per FAA regulations and company procedures, accurate use of technical data, and timely completion of work orders.

Qualifications include FAA Airframe Maintenance Certificate (Powerplant preferred) and high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• FAA Airframe Maintenance Certificate required.
• FAA Powerplant Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• With proper training and limited supervision can perform high quality inspections, servicing, and maintenance on a variety of airframes.
• Can properly use hand tools in a timely, clean, safe and professional manner with no rework.
• Prepares various documents for record keeping purposes, as required by Company policy and FAA regulations (i.e. turnovers, removal sheets, personal training log, etc.).
• Consistently locates and uses appropriate technical data and follows verbal instructions when accomplishing assigned maintenance tasks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
