Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager / Project Inspector to provide onsite inspection, quality assurance, and construction oversight for FAA airport infrastructure projects. You will ensure work complies with drawings, specs, contracts, and quality standards while coordinating with construction managers, contractors, and vendors.

This role requires availability for shifts Monday–Friday with possible weekends and overnight work, extensive travel to project sites, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction management or inspection.
• Certifications in OSHA safety, construction inspection, quality management, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite oversight and inspection of construction.
• Review work for conformance with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Conduct quality inspections and observations.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and project updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and inspection records.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve construction and quality issues.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule, quality, or compliance issues.
• Provide guidance and coaching to contractors and site personnel.
