Job summary

Piedmont Airlines in Roanoke, VA is seeking a motivated Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on the fleet. Candidates must hold an FAA A&P certificate and will report to the Manager, Aircraft Maintenance.

The role requires flexibility to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers a benefits package including paid training, holiday pay and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Possession of FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
• Demonstration of a positive attitude towards productivity and quality maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete and document routine inspections and repairs.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; may include, but is not limited to, engines, landing gear, exteriors, brakes, and pumps.
• Conduct tests after making repairs or performing maintenance on company fleet.
