Job summary

Apex Wellness Group is seeking an energetic F45 Group Fitness Trainer to lead high-energy classes in Little Elm. The role emphasizes coaching, member engagement, and studio standards in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.

Part-time position with uniforms provided, advancement opportunities, and a focus on delivering safety and quality member experiences. Applicants should have group training experience, a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and active fitness credentials.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in working in a group fitness environment.
• Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
• 1-year minimum experience as a personal or group fitness trainer
• Plenty of hours on offer must be available on weekends
• Character, care, and communication skills
• Energetic and attentive
• Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills - Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
• Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
• Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout

• Support inventory management and studio organization
• Collaborate with studio leadership to maintain smooth daily operations
• Attend required in-house training and ongoing education sessions to maintain coaching standards and professional development
• Arrive early to prepare the studio and welcome members
• Maintain a professional, positive, and team-focused attitude

Role Overview

As an F45 Group Fitness Trainer, you play a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences. You will lead high-energy group workouts, provide coaching support, and help maintain studio standards that reflect Apex Wellness Group’s commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Member Experience

• Lead and demonstrate F45 workouts with energy, confidence, and professionalism

Certifications

• Workout for free at any Apex studio location (not during scheduled hours)
• F45 uniform provided

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
