Location: Phoenix, AZ

Type: Long Term Contract

Onsite: 3 Days a week from Day 1

Required Skills/Experience

• Experience as Product Owner executing projects with a distributed team
• At least 3 years experience as Product Owner; experience in the insurance domain is a plus
• Certified Product Owner (CPO certification - CSM) preferred
• Technical skills in AWS, Java, Big Data, Tableau required
• Ability to articulate and inspire a compelling product vision and strategy
• Define and communicate the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope
• Experience managing requirements and releases using Scrum in a distributed team
• Extensive requirements gathering and analysis skills, comfortable with evolving requirements
• Experience in functional decomposition and use-case analysis
• Strong client and end-user interaction experience
• Ability to develop test scenarios and cases for various testing types
• Basic knowledge of RDBMS & SQL is a plus
• Experience in product development roles within ISV companies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High commitment level and cultural alignment with Agile practices
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Collaborate closely with SMEs, stakeholders, Scrum Masters, and teams to define and manage the product backlog and releases
• Participate in testing, planning, and feedback sessions
