Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking an F16 Aircraft Assembler to join our on-site team in Pinellas Park, FL. The role focuses on aviation assembly and heavy structures, requiring hands-on experience and precise use of hand tools.

Pay Range: $25-30

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aviation assembly, heavy structures, and manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have experience using hand tools (torque wrench, drills, inspection tools, riveting tools, and various other hand tools).
• Ability to read and interpret complex assembly drawings or instructions.
• Experience with locating holes from blueprints by hand, use of required tooling, and/or technology-based platforms.

Desired Skills

• 5-10 years hands‑on experience in aviation assembly, heavy structures, and manufacturing.
• F-16 specific experience.
