Immediate opening for a reliable individual to work in the maintenance department. Must have experience and knowledge of automotive repair to maintain a fleet of agency vehicles. Will work with the maintenance supervisor to keep vehicles road-ready. Other duties include basic construction, maintenance, and repairs, with the ability to accept directives and take initiative to complete tasks independently in a timely manner. This role involves a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will live within 10-15 miles of the Sharon-based agency, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record. A combination of education, training, and experience in automotive repair is preferred. Hours are from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Thursday, with some Fridays.
