Job summary

Stratton is seeking a part-time seasonal Warehouse Attendant to support the Commissary and resort operations. The role pays $22.00–$24.00 per hour and requires reliability, organization, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities include inventory control, stocking, and assisting with lodge deliveries using a snowcat and company vehicles. This position offers access to employee benefits and resort perks as part of the Stratton team.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid US driver's license.
  • Must pass MVR background check.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and guests.
  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Commissary Supervisor in day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and inventory of all items received, stored, and transferred.
  • Assist with stocking, rotating, date-checking, transferring, and transporting products for various outlets as needed.
  • Assist Mid Mountain Lodge deliveries by operating a snowcat.
  • Operate company vehicles to distribute supplies throughout the Resort.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness standards are consistently maintained, including floors, walk-ins, and outside areas.
  • Perform weekly audits in F&B Outlets for trash, recycling, and compost; report findings.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
