Job summary

Summer Garden Food Manufacturing in Boardman, OH is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Assistant for first shift. The role supports printing DSD pick sheets, verifying item codes in Great Plains, and updating inventory data across two facilities.

The position requires basic computer skills and a High School diploma. The successful candidate will help maintain pricing, print pallet tags, and assist in month-end closings and reporting for logistics and warehousing.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Must be able to work extended periods at a computer station.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Chep pallet reporting on a daily basis.
• Verify and update item lot codes and expiration dates in Great Plains (1900 Report).
• Print pallet tags for customer orders.
• Maintain proper pricing on all unit items.
• Correct negative quantities weekly for month end reports.
• Assist with Month End Closing processing and reporting Monthly Scorecards for Logistics and Warehousing.
• Assist with Month End processing and reporting/setup & post gift basket invoice.
• Assist in printing DSD Pick Sheets.
• Help with warehouse functions as needed.
• Maintain OSHA manuals as needed.
• All other necessary duties as assigned by Supervisor.
