Qualifications
- Experience in a front of house food service operation; supervisor experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain Colorado Limited Gaming Support License.
- Fluent in English; read, write, and speak.
- Computer literacy in Word and Excel; knowledge of safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain restaurant and cocktail areas to present a professional image.
- Inspect food and beverage presentation to maintain quality standards.
- Assist in preparing schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed.
- Motivate staff to upsell menus and provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure guest service standards are implemented and trained.
