Davidson Hospitality Group's Grand Bohemian Orlando, Autograph Collection, in Downtown Orlando, is seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations of the restaurant team and ensure outstanding guest service.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in hospitality, strong communication, and a guest-centric mindset, with the ability to train staff, manage inventory, and uphold high standards of food safety and service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in host, server, or cashier roles; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management and cost control.
• Prior cash handling experience and MICROS POS familiarity.
• TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certifications preferred.
• Food safety and hygiene practices understood.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and guest focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
