Chinook Winds is looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of all outlets, ensuring exceptional service aligned with company standards. This role requires effective leadership and a commitment to training and developing staff to achieve high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of two years experience in food and beverage management and supervisory experience, along with strong communication and management skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment is essential for success.
Responsible for the daily operations of all Food and Beverage outlets ensuring service and products are to Chinook Winds standards.

High School Diploma or GED.
Two years of experience in Banquets, Catering, Food and Beverage or Retail Sales.
Two years of supervisory experience in Banquets, Catering, Food and Beverage or Retail Sales.
Microsoft Office intermediate level including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Point of Sales (POS) systems.
Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.
Must have OLCC temporary permit by the start date and obtain OLCC Permit within 45 days of the start date.
Must have a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of start date.
Must obtain VIP (Visually Intoxicated Person) Permit within 45 days of employment.
Knowledge of F&B service techniques, menus, and drink lists.
Knowledge of developing and evaluating programs, promotions, and cost controls.

Work will take place in a busy gaming environment with multiple distractions. Some or all of work may take place on the gaming floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The environment is subject to smoke and the associated affects.
Conditions of employment include passing a pre-employment drug screen, a background investigation, and completing a 180-day introductory period.
