Job summary
Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team for Christmas at the Princess. You will serve at the Pool Complex and Event venues, delivering five-star service in a festive, fast-paced environment.
You’ll work with a team to create memorable experiences for guests during the holiday season, handle beverage lists, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while showcasing knowledge of menu items and promotions.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Display knowledge of event activities and promotions.
- Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
- Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

Our seasonal Food & Beverage team brings unforgettable experiences to life across The Princess Fire & Ice Rink, Château Champagne, festive Igloos, and other resort outlets. We’re looking for energetic, dependable multitaskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work seamlessly as a team, and have a passion for Food & Beverage and engaging with guests.

As a Seasonal Bartender, you will be reporting to the General Manager of our Pool Complex & Seasonal Events; responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
- Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
- Arizona Liquor Server Certification
- Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
- Previous service experience an asset
- Previous point of sale system experience an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
