Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, seeks a Seasonal Storeroom Clerk to receive, store and distribute supplies for multiple departments. The role involves physical lifting, accurate inventory control and timely delivery of items across the lodge and kitchens.

Eligibility includes being 21+, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule that includes weekends/holidays. This is a temporary, full-season position with benefits and housing options where available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from purveyors.
• Inspect deliveries against invoices.
• Verify quantities on invoices match orders.
• Add new product to inventory and restock in system.
• Process requisitions by pulling and entering orders.
• Deliver orders to kitchen and other departments.
• Store and rotate inventory to maintain proper stock.
• Support other departments during downtime.
• Keep storeroom neat and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Purpose of Position:

This position provides an important link between receiving product and the distribution of that project to the various departments within Deer Valley Resort. Receives, stores and issues supplies in accordance with company policy and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Receive product from purveyors

• Inspect product upon delivery to assure it matches product invoices

• Check all invoices to make sure they match the quantities ordered

• Add new product to existing inventory by placing it in the correct location and restocking the computer-based inventory

• Process requisitions received from various departments by pulling the order, entering the order in the computer inventory, charging the order to the correct department and delivering the order in a timely manner

• Take supplies to the kitchen

• Store and issue products to maintain proper rotation of inventory

• Help in other departments during storeroom down time

• Keep storeroom areas neat and clean

• Other duties as assigned

• Must be 21 years or older

• This is a physical job that requires moving product around the lodge. Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 50 lbs.

• Able to read and do simply arithmetic

• Able to work well with coworkers

• Self-motivated

• Need to be flexible with time and schedule. Schedules vary from 7:30 am - 9:00 pm, weekends and holidays required

• Full-time and Part-time positions available

Pay Rate:

• Pay: $20.50 per hour
