Job summary

ASM Global in Shreveport seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead concessions and catering operations for the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Food & Beverage management.
• Experience in a multi-purpose entertainment facility preferred.
• Catering management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 100+ hourly F&B staff, including concessions and catering.
• Interview and train captains, servers, bartenders, and concessions personnel.
• Manage budgeted labor and inventory, ensure health code compliance.
• Oversee event operations per Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and client needs.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and vendor relations.
• Attend planning and facility meetings and coordinate with clients and staff.
