Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of progressive experience within F&B in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• In compliance with California laws, Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service at the Restaurant and Banquets, and manage floor operations.
• Schedule staff and payroll administration.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to complaints.
• Train team to meet service standards.
• Monitor timecards and adjust staffing.
• Utilize reservation software for bookings and walk-ins.
• Ensure cleanliness and setup per standards.
