Job summary

Bridgewater Club is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead service teams and support the Director of F&B in delivering an exceptional member and guest experience across dining rooms, bars, lounges, and seasonal outlets.

The role emphasizes hands-on floor leadership, staffing development, and close collaboration with culinary leadership to ensure standards and profitability while maintaining the club’s high service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead service teams in upscale clubs or resorts.
• Strong guest service orientation and presence on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of all food and beverage service operations across member dining, bar service, events support, and seasonal outlets.
• Provide hands-on leadership in dining rooms, bars, lounges, patios, and poolside service areas.
• Support the Director of Food & Beverage in implementing service standards, procedures, training programs, and accountability systems.
• Supervise and develop dining room, bar, and seasonal outlet staff for professional service.
• Coordinate with culinary leadership on menu changes, timing, requests, and member preferences.
• Assist with beverage programming, promotions, and pricing recommendations.
• Partner with Events/Banquet leadership to staff and execute club events and member experiences.
