Winter Park Resort is seeking a Night Hauler/Snowcat Driver to operate heavy snow-grading equipment and haul trailers, supplies, and dumpsters to on-mountain facilities. You will follow all policies, safety rules, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced mountain environment.
The role requires on-snow machinery experience, a valid license, and flexibility to work 5pm–midnight shifts. This seasonal position offers hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ‘Night Hauler operates Winter Park heavy snow-grading equipment (with attachments) in an efficient manner. This employee will be responsible for hauling trailers of food, beverage, supplies, to/from on-mountain facilities, in addition to recycling and trash dumpsters. The ‘Snowcat Driver, Food & Beverage’ will follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
Hourly pay range: $23-$25/hour
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Two years warehouse experience with maintenance of equipment desired Minimum six (6) months experience driving a snowmobile
