Job summary

Fred Enke Golf Course in Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations on property. You will set budgets, hire and train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding Troon standards.

This role requires 1–3 years of F&B management, proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws, and a strong customer service mindset. On-site leadership with opportunities to drive revenue through events and marketing programs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in F&B management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws.
• Strong business aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front of House F&B operations.
• Hire, supervise, and develop Front of House staff.
• Conduct training and refresher classes for F&B personnel.
• Oversee F&B accounting procedures and budgeting.
• Manage forecasts and budgets for F&B operations.
• Develop marketing programs to increase banquet and related revenues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and Troon policies.
