Qualifications

• 10 years related experience or equivalent education.
• Seven years of profit & loss accountability.
• Five years managing design/build or hard bid projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage large projects over $200MM.
• Monitor budget and costs, develop corrective actions.
• Maintain a master schedule and communicate changes.
