Job summary

Mark Twain Casino is hiring to greet guests, escort them to tables, and present menus. The role requires English communication, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work in a busy casino dining environment.

The position emphasizes guest service, cleanliness, and teamwork within the dining area, with opportunities to contribute to smooth service flow across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a line cook in a similarly sized kitchen strongly preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
• Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
