Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contribute to finance transformation journeys using digital footprints and design thinking.
• Engage and lead client conversations, design-thinking workshops, and presentations.
• Lead maturity assessments and shape implementation roadmaps.
• Identify transformation projects for Operations in F&A domains (PTP, RTR, OTC, FP&A).

Leading role responsible for creating new digital solutions using existing and new technologies to enable best‑in‑class transformation. The role includes consulting with cross‑functional teams, leading global clients, and driving a range of activities such as solution development, system and process design, blueprinting, proof of concepts focusing on finance technology solutions, and supporting best practice implementations across accounts. The position also involves performing maturity assessments, developing solutions with Gen AI, Agentic AI, RPA, ML, NLP, and semantic search, evaluating partner solutions, supporting RFP/RFI responses, creating white papers, and providing subject‑matter expertise to the Sales & Solutions team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects to solve business problem areas and create solutions to drive transformation, demonstrating creative thinking and building solutions with AI/ML and tools like PowerBI and SAP Analytics.
• Contribute to finance transformation journeys using digital footprints, assessing best‑fit solutions, and applying design thinking to create world‑class solutions.
• Engage and lead internal and external client conversations, design‑thinking workshops, and presentations in key forums and management reviews.
• Lead and manage process maturity assessments, benchmarking exercises for people, process, technology, and shape implementation roadmaps using methodology, tools, and practices.
• Identify and collaborate on transformation projects, focusing on state‑of‑the‑art tools, platforms, and technologies for Operations clients in the F&A domain (PTP, RTR, OTC, FP&A).
• Innovate solutions to transform clients into intelligent platforms, moving from traditional bookkeeping to proactive, insight‑driven operations.
• Collaborate with developers, functional analysts, and testers to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions using in‑house and partner solutions.
• Identify patterns and trends to form insights and provide actionable summaries with clear, scalable visualizations.
• Provide commercial insight and finance operational expertise, drive simplification and standardization of systems and processes.
• Work with the process architecture team to build and execute a quarterly roadmap of projects, dashboards, digital automation, and enhancements.

Skillset

• Enthusiastic participant in enterprise‑wide change programs, leading global transformation initiatives across matrix teams.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end F&A processes with exposure to at least two industry verticals (e.g., Manufacturing, Energy, Pharma).
• Postgraduate qualification in Finance (MBA, MCom, CA, CPA).
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong consulting, multi‑tasking, and presentation skills.
• Pre‑sales and delivery exposure (end‑to‑end projects).
• Experience as a business analyst, process consultant, and project manager across all F&A domains.
• Experience in product management, engineering, and IT lifecycle from design to operations, with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with strategic projects such as operating model design, business cases, value architecting, and realization.
• Data analysis, analytics, and visualization tool experience.
• Experience with digital programs and technologies.
• Exposure to building offerings, assets, and points of view.
• Proficient in BD, proposal, RFP/RFI responses.
• Experience with international clients and on‑site work.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of ERP applications (SAP, Oracle) and other RTR/FP&A tools.

Salary Range: $127,900 - $173,100 a year
