Drgok is seeking a Scheduler to organize monthly and weekly schedules, create syllabus shells, and manage daily and Future Ops timelines. The role requires proficiency with SOPs, safety publications, and coordination with scheduling offices.

The candidate should be able to adapt to a flexible schedule, support deployed operations, and hold a US security clearance. This on-site position may involve travel and interaction with DoD programs.

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduler will flow the monthly and weekly schedules and develop syllabus scheduling shells in support of student throughput.
• Will be proficient and knowledgeable with Standard Operating Procedures as well as applicable safety and scheduling publications.
• Will be assigned to duties in the squadron scheduling department and will be prepared to assume duties in the Pilot Training Center.
• Will build Daily and Future Ops schedules.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet customer requirements.
• Must be proficient in the content and use of the F-35 T&R Manual and local computerized scheduling programs, provide training, orientation and assistance to newly hired personnel as required.
• Coordinate allocation of range and airspace time with appropriate agencies.
• Additional duties and related responsibilities as identified and assigned.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be willing to support flexible work hours to align with customer operational schedule.
• Position may require candidate to participate in deployed operations to support customer requirements.
• Strong, proven verbal communication skills.
• Basic MS Office suite skills.

Security Responsibilities

• This position is located at a facility that will require special access clearance
• Must have an active secret clearance with a completed investigation within the last 6 years
• Must be a US citizen
• Must be able to attain and maintain F-35 Special Access Program (SAP) access
• Candidates must have a final/transferable DoD Secret security clearance

Language Skills

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the complex word and technical documents/diagrams.

Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing and work effectively as part of a team.

Reasoning Ability and Mathematical Skills

Must be able to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. An ability to interpret complex customer requirements and attitudes from verbal, non-verbal, and written communication is desirable. Must be able to calculate figures and numbers, and percentages and be able to draw and interpret graphs. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings.
