Andromeda Systems Incorporated is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our Arlington, VA onsite team to support the F-35 Mods Program Manager. The role is onsite with travel less than 20 days per year.

You will define problems, analyze data, and collaborate with government, contractors, and customers to plan mods, optimize performance, and ensure mission-ready assets. Expect dashboards, data visualization, and Microsoft 365 usage in daily work.

Qualifications

• Applied experience with dashboards for AI-powered platforms to map and manage critical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, computational sciences, or engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365: Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Define problems, analyze and develop strategies to meet objectives.
• Integrate and prepare large datasets for analysis.
• Identify data attributes and develop analytics by customer requirements.
• Evaluate F-35 mod requirements for feasibility and attainability.

• Provide technical expertise in developing reports.
• Assess data attributes using software tools to drive recommendations.

ASI is seeking a Logistics Analyst to work in Arlington, VA supporting the F-35 Mods Program Manager. This position is currently onsite. Some travel may be required (less than 20 days per year).

Responsibilities :

• Define problems, analyze and develop strategies to achieve assigned objectives
• Integrate and prepare large, varied datasets for analysis
• Identify and assess data attributes using software packages to develop recommendations and analytical processes based on customer requirements
• Evaluate F-35 Partners/Services/FMS aircraft modification requirements to ensure feasibility and attainability
• Identify and assess data attributes using software packages
• Evaluate industrial plans to incorporate modifications and retrofits on customer assets related to supportability, performance, cost, and schedule while meeting customer requirements
• Research mods and retrofit planning and supportability to provide quality customer service to the JPO and any number of Foreign Partners/U.S. Services/FMS Customers
• Provide technical expertise in developing reports
• Interface with government, contractors, customers, and industry to support mods planning and execution meeting customer requirements
• Collaborate with multiple teams and clients to understand and recommend activities related to F-35 and Retrofits

Required Qualifications:

• Applied experience with management dashboards for AI-powered operational platforms with the ability to enable stakeholders to map and manage critical systems, dependencies, ownership, and recovery processes
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (business management, computational sciences, or engineering)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse team of government and contractor personnel
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products to include Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud and databases: AWS (Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, DynamoDB), Supabase
• Data visualization tools: Tableau and Power BI
• Development and maintenance of SharePoint sites
