Job summary

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for Test and Evaluation to support NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF and JSFPO in Arlington, VA. The role involves full-spectrum test team support, including financial management, test planning, execution, and data analysis for program managers and sponsors.

The incumbent will also coordinate developmental and operational testing for the assigned aircraft, chair T&E IPT meetings, and ensure T&E Master Plan

Qualifications

• Experience supporting test and evaluation programs in DoD or defense-related environments.
• Ability to manage test plans, schedules, and data analysis for program reviews.
• Strong written and oral communication for coordination with sponsors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum test team support including financial management, test planning, provisioning, execution and reporting.
• Execute developmental and operational testing for assigned aircraft.
• Chair Test and Evaluation IPT meetings and manage T&E Master Plan configuration and OT/RT reviews.

You will serve as an Assistant Program Manager for Test and Evaluation (APM T&E) in the Test and Management of Program, and Operations Division of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF. Also, you will function as a F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office - INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/PHYSICIST/ANALYST/SCIENTIST supporting the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JSFPO) in Arlington, VA.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide full spectrum test team support, including financial management, test planning and provisioning, test execution and oversight, and coordination of data analysis and test reporting to program managers and other sponsors.
• You will execute all developmental and operational testing for assigned aircraft.
• You will chair Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Team meetings and be responsible for Test and Evaluation Master Plan configuration management and currency, planning, coordination, and execution of Operational Test Readiness Reviews.
• You will maintain current knowledge to answer questions from team members and program stakeholders on procedures, policies, directives, etc.
• You will accomplish other duties as assigned.
