Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks an experienced F-16V Instructor Pilot for the ARCWERX ARTEMIS program to support training at Tucson, AZ.

You will teach and evaluate F-16V tactics, procedures, and mission execution, including academic and simulator instruction, flight planning and debriefs. The role requires 20+ years total and 8+ years flying F-16 operationally, US military flight training completion, 1,000+ F-16 hours, and a SECRET clearance, with availability to travel to Taiwan

Qualifications

• 20+ years total experience (required).
• 8+ years of operational flight experience (required).
• Graduate of a formal USAF/USN flight training program (required).
• Minimum of 1,000 F-16 hours (required).
• FAA Flying Class II physical (required).
• FAA Commercial Pilot with Instrument Rating or Airline Transport Pilot (required).
• Able to maintain a SECRET clearance (required).
• Available to fly a minimum of eight sorties per month (required).
• Available to work full-time with 162d Operations Group (required).
• Travel to Taiwan for training purposes (required).
• No substance abuse history or disqualifications (required).
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing tactics, techniques, and training programs for the F-16V.
• Plan missions, briefings, intelligence assessments, flight operations, and debriefings.
• Deliver academic, simulator, and flight training, and manage courseware development and evaluations.
• Operate 9G aircraft in contested environments with short-notice deployments.
• Conduct mission-type orders under degraded command and control.
• Deny enemy lodgments with precision strike weapons and conduct CAS with allies.
• Integrate with coalition forces and support Taiwan Army operations.
