Job summary

A defense contractor is seeking an experienced F-16 Sensors Engineer SME to support FMS programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree, have extensive experience in fighter weapon systems integration, and be able to efficiently communicate technical information to USAF leaders and stakeholders. This full-time position also requires a TS/SCI security clearance.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in the technical discipline, with five in DoD.
• 15 years of F-16 fighter systems integration experience.
• Experience in avionics sensor development/integration engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of integration and acquisition strategies for F-16 programs.
• Support translation of requirements into acquisition program requirements.
• Assist with Systems Engineering Master Plans development.
• Support ground and flight test anomaly resolution.
• Support Information Assurance and Anti-Tamper programs.
