Job summary

Now Optics is seeking a Warehouse Associate at the Haltom City, TX site to support the customer order journey by handling eyeglass frames and lenses, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will maintain inventory accuracy and assist in fulfilling orders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift heavy objects, and familiarity with basic computer tools. Prior warehouse or lab experience is preferred, with a team-focused approach and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a lab or warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Google Docs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintains steady workflow to meet delivery time commitments.
• Notifies leader on duty of equipment malfunctions or issues.
• Obtains job orders from sales team and clarifies requests for accuracy.
• Prints inventory SKU tags and tags new frames.
• Performs inventory cycle counts 2x per year or as needed.
• Supports inventory order fulfillment, receiving, and ordering.
• Maintains accurate system bin locations for frame SKUs.
• Flexibility to move throughout functions as needed.
• Understand and track inventory KPIs.
• Performs related duties as directed.
