Target Optical is seeking a Sales Associate to create an outstanding optical experience for guests by combining knowledge, personality, and a passion for helping others with our fashion brands to meet their eyewear needs.

You’ll drive sales, become a vision expert, learn and grow, collaborate with a supportive team, and keep a welcoming store atmosphere. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm to help others matters most.
• Ability to engage customers, drive sales, and communicate clearly.
• Comfort with using technology to enhance the shopping experience.
