Pearle Vision is seeking a high energy, customer-focused team member with on-the-job training provided. No optical experience required—we'll teach you on the job and help you grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with eyewear selection, handling phone inquiries, placing orders in the POS system, and explaining vision benefits while maintaining a clean, professional office and delivering exceptional service to Story County customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in all aspects of eyewear selection
• Support our customers by answering their phone calls
• Place customer orders into the point of sale system
• Help customer understand vision insurance benefits
• Maintain, adjust and dispense eyewear to the customer
• Continually learn and grow so that you may best serve the customer
• Perform basic daily chores that keep our office looking clean, organized and professional
• Promote the highest level of customer service to our valued customers
