America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You’ll help customers choose eyewear, dispense lenses, and educate on care, while maintaining accurate records and keeping the store tidy and merchandised to brand standards. Sundays off when stores are closed; 1+ year retail experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care

• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
