Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers while promoting an excellent shopping experience.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards.
• Resolve customer issues with high touch service and escalate to management as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on product assortment to act as brand ambassador.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and attend occasional meetings.
• Adhere to professional regulations and company code of conduct.
• Maintain shift punctuality and communicate obstacles to management.
• Represent brand lifestyle and connect with local communities.
