Job summary

Target Optical is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding optical experience by combining product knowledge, guest needs, and our fashion brands. You will help guests find eyewear that fits their lifestyle, while learning and growing with a supportive team effort.

You will drive sales, become a vision expert, and collaborate to keep the store welcoming, organized, and inclusive for every guest. Prior optical retail experience is preferred to hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to use technology to assist customers and process transactions
• Interest in eyewear fashion trends and helping customers find a look
