Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear and/or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Must be punctual and reliable; able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and receptive to feedback.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and analytical thinking under workload pressure.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on eyewear trends and product knowledge; participate in trainings.
• Display in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties, and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; follow up as needed.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless in-store and online experience.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
