Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year in a customer interactive position or equivalent.
• HIPAA compliance required.
• ABO/ABOC and NCLE certifications preferred (or obtained within 2 years).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Total Patient Experience and build relationships while supporting medical care.
• Determine patients' wants and needs and sell to exceed expectations.
• Assist in selecting frames by style and measurements and match prescriptions.
• Operate auto-lensometer and manual lensometer.
• Educate and recommend lenses, coatings, and frames to suit patient needs.
• Accurately measure bridge, eye size, temple length, seg heights, vertex distance, PD, and pantoscopic tilt.
• Dispense orders and repair/adjust frames; handle glasses and contact lens orders in E360.
• Maintain inventory and keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all policies and assist with other duties as needed.
