Target Optical is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Denver to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, help customers select eyewear, and uphold brand standards. The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and a positive shopping atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience by greeting and serving customers and ensuring high visual standards.
• Apply a high-touch level of assistance to VIP clientele and maintain retention.
• Stay updated on current product assortment to act as an informed brand ambassador.
• Follow management instructions and participate in occasional meetings and shift tasks.
• Be punctual, reliable and able to assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
• Represent the brand positively and connect with local communities.
