Job summary

National Vision, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support day-to-day store operations. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense glasses and contact lenses as allowed by state law, and educate on care and usage.

The role includes maintaining accurate records, handling phone inquiries, and helping maintain brand standards across the store. A HS diploma and prior retail experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
