Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts, educate on care, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced retail environment. This role emphasizes brand standards, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where allowed by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communicate order status.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
