America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate in Minnesota. You’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Responsibilities include helping customers choose eyewear, dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses where allowed, educating on care, maintaining records, and keeping the store merchandised to brand standards. Sundays off; 1+ year retail experience preferred.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Versatility in multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials. Job duties and work practices may vary to meet these requirements.
