Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. With over 1,000 stores nationwide, we focus on helping customers find eyewear that fits their lifestyle and budget.

You’ll assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense glasses and lenses, educate on care, maintain records, and keep the store organized to brand standards. Sundays are off.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
