Job summary

National Vision, the parent company of America’s Best, is seeking a Sales Associate in Missouri (Chesterfield) to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily store operations. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts as permitted, educate on care, and maintain accurate records while helping meet sales goals.

The role emphasizes a friendly, fast-paced environment with brand-standard merchandising, inventory control, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
