Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You will help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses; educate on care; and maintain accurate records. Join a team focused on growth and friendly service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• In some locations, duties may vary to meet license requirements.
