Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate in Bloom Township, IL. You will provide excellent customer service while helping customers choose eyewear and manage daily store operations.

The role includes dispensing eyewear and contact lenses where allowed by state law, maintaining records, and supporting inventory and loss prevention. A high school diploma and 1+ year of retail or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Versatility: able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as allowed by state law
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Assist with other duties as assigned
• Duties may vary to meet state licensing requirements.
