Responsibilities

• Assist GM with training lab staff on equipment and Lab Certification.
• Ensure calibration, inventory control, and expense management for the lab.
• Meet all job completion requirements according to quality standards.
• Assist the General Manager in controlling store level expenses to maximize store profit, including lab supplies and training hours.
• Maintain lenses and lab supplies to ensure prompt customer service and monitor inventory shrinkage.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance daily and address malfunctions promptly.
• Follow company safety guidelines for hazardous materials handling and waste disposal.
