Role Description: The Lash Technician is a part time/ full-time, on-site role based in Cedar Grove, NJ. As a lash extension technician you will provide lash extension services and will also be able to perform lash lifts in accordance with studio standards and client requests.. . Daily general responsibilities include consultations, assessing clients facial features, and delivering precise, safe, and high-quality applications. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and compliant work environment, documentation of client records, and providing clients with aftercare guidance.. . Qualifications: Cosmetology license (a must). . Strong technical skills in lash services (initial applications, extensions fills, lash lifts, and tinting).. . Knowledge of sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols, including adherence to local health regulations and standards for lash extensions services.. . Excellent client consultation and communication abilities, including active listening, clear explanation of procedures, and professional client service.. . Ability to manage time effectively, handle back-to-back appointments, and maintain accurate client records and consent documentation.. . Relevant licenses or certifications in lash application as required by New Jersey, with ongoing commitment to training and skill development.. . Experience working in the cosmetology and/or high-end beauty environment is a plus, along with familiarity with premium beauty products and tools.. . Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively within a small studio team to support a positive and inclusive work culture.
