Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and reliable Eyebrow Waxing & Threading Technician to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional eyebrow shaping, waxing, and/or threading services tailored to client preferences and face shapes.
• Provide additional facial hair removal services (e.g., upper lip, chin, full face) as needed.
• Conduct client consultations to understand specific brow goals, skin sensitivities, and allergy histories.
• Recommend post-care instructions and product suggestions to maintain brow health and skin integrity.
• Maintain a pristine, sanitized work station and adhere strictly to state health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with client check-ins, appointment scheduling, and front-desk duties when required.
• Ability to do body waxing and cluster lashes is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensing: Active Cosmetology or Esthetician License (as required by local/state regulations).
• Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in eyebrow threading and/or waxing preferred.
• Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of eyebrow symmetry, mapping, and diverse hair removal techniques.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a welcoming, patient, and detail-oriented approach.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate in English (other languages a plus).
