Your Role Will Primarily Involve:

• Mastering Eyebrow & Facial Threading:Performing precise threading services for eyebrows, upper lip, chin, and other facial areas as requested. This is your main focus!
• Client Consultations:Discussing brow shape, client preferences, and desired outcomes before performing services.
• Maintaining High Standards:Ensuring meticulous attention to detail and symmetry in your work.
• Client Care & Rapport:Building trust and loyalty with clients through professionalism and excellent results.
• Hygiene & Sanitation:Strictly adhering to all state board and salon sanitation protocols.
• Product Awareness:Recommending appropriate aftercare or related brow products (gels, pencils etc.) as suitable.
• Team Collaboration:Working positively with other salon team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expert Threading Skills (Required):Minimum 1 year of proven, professional experience delivering high‑quality eyebrow and facial threading. Speed, precision, and consistency are key.
• Attention to Detail:An absolute must for creating symmetrical and flattering brow shapes.
• Excellent Hand‑Eye Coordination & Dexterity.

Schedule:

• 8‑hour shifts
• Availability needed: Monday to Friday, Weekends
