Job summary

Complete Eye Associates in North Platte, NE is seeking an Optometric Technician I to support optometrists with pre-screening tests, assisting with exams, and smooth patient flow.

You will collect patient histories, explain vision benefits, train patients on contact lens use, verify insurance, and help coordinate appointments.

We offer $17.50-$20/hour with full benefits including PTO, paid holidays, insurance, 401k + match, and an amazing schedule with no weekends or evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (optometric or medical experience is a plus!)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting patient information

Responsibilities
