Responsibilities

• Partner with the franchise VP to align Commercial, IBT and franchise priorities.
• Integrate marketing, sales, and IBT strategies to improve communication and execution.
• Manage scope, project plans, logistics and schedules for strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a franchise master calendar across functions.
• Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy.
